Coastal GasLink (CGL) is one of the most technically challenging projects in North America. With some 6 million prime contractor hours worked to date on the project and 732,000 in August alone, CGL want to understand the effects of the large mobilization set to intensify in the coming months, the high risk activities being undertaken and the corona pandemic challenge.
To achieve this, Alkoomi and the leadership team kicked off a fast but comprehensive pulse survey in September to get the views of all 2,500 people on the project. In parallel with the survey over the next few weeks, Alkoomi consultants together with CGL managers and contractor’s managers, will engage people across all the sites to get people engaged in the safety culture program and in action to do what it takes for everyone to go home safe every day.
