Keith is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in financial services, construction, and infrastructure sectors, having worked with NatWest, RBS, and Network Rail. He has successfully led major programmes, including offshoring, rightsizing, insourcing, and safety improvement initiatives, delivering measurable business results and shaping industry changes. Known for his pragmatic approach and operational insight, Keith builds strong relationships and inspires others through his “share and grow” philosophy.
As an HR professional, Keith specialises in leadership, behavioural safety, and complex stakeholder management, including engagement with Trade Unions and Industry Forums. He is a champion of initiatives in Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Development, Safety & Wellbeing, and Community Engagement. His coaching focuses on career transition, personal growth, and sustainable change, addressing both business and individual challenges.
Outside of work, Keith enjoys outdoor adventures and staying active through cycling, running, and climbing. Living in Milton Keynes, he’s a fan of wild and river swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking, often with his Cockerpoo, Milo. Keith is also a dedicated family man with two children currently at university.
