On Tuesday 17th September 2024, the Inspiring Women in Construction & Engineering Conference brings together women and allies from the civil, construction and geotechnical sectors for a half day conference, ahead of the Women in Construction Awards in the evening.
With a continued focus on encouraging the development of women within the sector and improving EDI policies, the Inspiring Women event programme will bring together women from across the three sectors to network, learn and celebrate their successes.
The aim is not only to help women make career progress, but also to encourage more organisations to promote gender equality across the wide variety of roles in construction and engineering.
